1. Act as China Regional IT Manager to take the responsibilities of organization’s long-term business objectives; 2. Standardize and execute the business process base on the IT application systems and foresee the further requirement, focus on the continuous improvement and process optimization3. Develop and maintain the Thin Client Server Network for China operations, and ensuring high availability of all systems across both LAN and WAN to achieve maximum availability and up-time of networks at all time;4. Take charge of all hardware, software and service vendor relationship management, evaluate the third party service level agreement; communicate and work closely with corporate IT team;5. Develop, guide, motivate and appraise team members within China IT teams to ensure that they have the skills to perform their tasks in order to approach the needs of our internal and external customers;6. Design the current and future landscape of IT risks, local regulations and threats in protecting critical data, information and network systems.7. Planning and carrying out regular Disaster Recovery exercise for network infrastructure, PC’s and systems and perform day-to-day operations management, updates, maintenance and troubleshooting of all infrastructure systems in the factory, establish and enhance the business continuity plan.8. Implement corporate or regional projects to achieve the business objectives, and define the regional process and procedure to follow up the global strategy;9. Centralize the China IT service and assets management; 10. Design, forecast and manage the budget for next fiscal year;11. Big data analyzing and provide relevant strategic information on business level to serve to strategy definition12. Focus on process mapping & continuous improvement
