Working in a contractor capacity for MKTG’s Apple accounts for Apple Music, Apple News+ and Apple Enterprise.Responsible for project managing the design and execution of partner training across multiple regions inside and outside the UK.Updating and modifying existing content using evaluation data, KPI reporting, and quality framework.Collaborating with Program Director and Content team to build each training session to the pre-agreed carrier requirements.Train senior staff and carrier trainers/product specialists in groups of 20-150 people.Evaluate and analyse training sessions, using insight tools to create robust reporting that showcases the effectiveness of content delivery.

Partnering with CPMs & internal stakeholders in the Retail, Telesales and Direct sales channels to deliver learning and performance solutions - managing the solutions end to end. This included developing relationships with stakeholders, identifying their needs, proposing solutions, identify their resource to develop the agreed-upon solution and program manage the solution through deployment and maintenance. Using a multi-format design ethos, a strong focus was placed on delivering digital learning and development solutions that moved the business forward.

Responsibilities include;Working as part of HTC’s sales training team managing the East Midlands region.Develop strong relationships at over 22 locations across the region, focussing on product and sales training at retail and call centre sites. Deliver adaptable training sessions to sales staff through to management on both Android and Windows platforms.Design and deliver dynamic training programmes and presentations for varied learning styles from one on one sessions through to 100-strong attendees at conferences.Develop and motivate sales staff through monitored training statistics and provide positive and challenging feedback with focus on simplifying the world of technology and giving staff the knowledge to help them achieve their targets and positively increase sales. Implement and support nationwide marketing campaigns in the East Midlands and attend strategic promotional events throughout the UK. Raise awareness of competitors’ marketing strategies and provide feedback through daily reports and various social networking channels.Build and monitor sales incentives, supporting and motivating management and staff to achieve objectives and managing delivery of incentive prizes.Competent management of company training equipment, monthly expenses and company car fuel.
