After graduating from university I joined a family business unsure what the future held. Here I saw the work ethic needed to grow a business while seeing the importance of constant entrepreneurship. Being in a full time environment brought out certain characteristics I didn't know I had. I was sales driven, and impatiently eager to expand to the next level. As we diversified into new markets I helped to recruit a new team, and provided training to ensure our reputation in customer service was maintained. Experiencing the many ups and downs leading this team strengthened my resilience which in my view is needed to progress in any career.As a football fanatic, I've always admired the power of sport in society, and the positive role it can play in a community. In 2023 I decided to step out of my comfort zone and pursue my dream of working in the football industry through enrolling in a Professional Masters in Football Business with the FBA. Throughout this year I gained in-depth knowledge and practical insights from professors rich in experience of the industry. After graduating in September 2024, I'm excited to expand my network further and begin my own journey in the beautiful game.
