I am a Junior at Loyola University of Chicago's Quinlan School of Business, majoring in Finance and minoring in Information Systems. I hope to one day pursue a career in Financial Advising and am always looking for ways to grow and further develop my skills. This past year, I was fortunate enough to intern at a State Farm agency where I learned and improved many skills necessary for the sales field. In addition to this sales internship, during the school year I worked as a University Seminar Peer Advisor to mentor new students part of Loyola's First and Second Year Advising.Working as a Sales Intern and a Peer Advisor has helped to strengthen my communication, public speaking, leadership development, and time management. All these skills have been improved since working for multiple companies in the food and beverage industry over the past four years. In my free time, I enjoy playing basketball, working out, listening to music, and exploring new cultures and food scenes. In fact, this semester I will be studying abroad in Madrid, Spain in an attempt to improve my Spanish speaking skills.
