Worked for this independent b2b publisher to manage sales and accounts on newly acquired magazines serving the hi-fi, audio visual and home entertainment markets. Increased year on year sales by 103%. Clients ranged from SME's to multi-national corporations such as Sony, Panasonic and Yamaha.

Working across this organisation's flagship portfolio of retail magazines and websites, my main responsibilities included the management of blue chip accounts, both at senior board level and via agency contacts, as well as sourcing and converting new business. Involved in selling and management of associated market products including industry-wide awards sponsorships, website sales and monitoring, supplements, contract publishing and creating bespoke marketing solutions for clients.

This role involved advertising sales across a number of national and international b2b magazines. Various other responsibilities included attending national and overseas trade exhibitions, liaising with a team of international contributors and editors, and forging partnerships with key industry figures and trade associations.
