Working FIFO two and one roster as a serviceman in fixed plant maintenance.My duties include mechanical checks and services on primary and secondary crushers, pulleys, conveyers, belt feeders, screens, exciters, gearboxes, scrubbers, reclaimers, stackers, changing out perma lubes and rollers, and keeping a register of the dates for next change out. Doing routine oil samples, processing and sending them off. Help to rebuild pumps, gearboxes and removing and replacing gearboxes. Responsible for lubricants and oils to maintain the reliability of the plant.
