-BSI Certificate for ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor (TPECS) - 6/1/2017 - Quality Management Systems-Conduct internal ISO audit interviews with EBI Executives, Management and Staff and write up summary report of audit findings in accordance with ISO 9001.-Analyze large sets of data to draw conclusions.-Identify and submit Corrective Actions based on non-conformities identified during ISO and Quality Audits.-Conduct Internal Quality Audits to assess the accuracy and completeness of the information contained in the consumer reports assembled by EBI.-Rework previously completed consumer reports by reordering the components via an EBI test account and objectively compare new results with the original results.-Monitor and conduct surveillance on live phone calls.-Analyze consumer reports to determine if the final content of consumer report is accurate based on all appropriate regulations and company policies.-Assist with performing, recording, and maintaining Internal ISO Process Audits in conformance with ISO27001:2013 and ISO9001:2015 requirements.-Conduct and maintain Document Control in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
