I have 8 year’s offshore experience working in both the North Sea and the West Africa regionAt present I am working in both a supervisory and advisory capacity to decommissioning projects both in the U.K and West Africa endorsing the expectations of the customer and client. I actively encourage participation in offshore safety tools such as STOP/SHAPE/CARE etc to ensure an incident free working environment. I am responsible for the safety and welfare of my team aswel as striving to achieve targets and deadlines.Through adopting a safety first attitude, leading by example, and efficient communication, I believe I have the respect of my team members, peers, and indeed other departments which I work with.I actively encourage site visits and audits from the client in order to demonstrate my teams competency.
