Project Manage the implementation for MMG and Las Bambas Copper Mine Peru. The mine is transitioning from project to operation and will be reliant on the fleet management system including HPGPS, asset health and Dispatch optimisation to help deliver on a world class asset.

The primary purpose of the Manager Production Systems is to manage and generate value for RTCA through the effective use of the installed MM&C Solution for all heavy mobile equipment in our mines. The Manager Production Systems is responsible for providing a leadership role in the day to day functioning of the Production Systems Team which compromises of twenty-one professionals based at regional centres in NSW and Queensland. The role delivers value to the business and drives outcomes by: Providing vision and leadership for developing and implementing all MM&C initiatives across RTCA.Directing the planning and implementation of MM&C systems in support of business operations in order to improve benefits delivery and cost effectiveness, service quality, and business growth. Undertaking all MM&C technology evaluations, acquisitions and implementations though the MM&C asset life cycle management and subsequent benefits realisation. Establishing a Governance Framework for MM&C by which the current and future use of MM&C Systems and Technologies is directed and controlled by the RTCA Business.Develop the competencies of the operational MM&C teams and create a learning environment for all roles directly and indirectly that support or consume the associated information that is generated to support operational decision making or business improvement.Implementing an organisational structure with well-defined roles that drives the successful implementation of the MM&C Target Operating Model and its ongoing benefit tracking and service agreement monitoring. Providing the Executive with an insight and understanding of the potential benefits to be realised from the implementation of emerging technologies such as Proximity Detection; Fatigue Management Technology; Light Vehicle and Infrastructure Tracking while ensuring that there is a strategic fit with existing technologies and that they can be well integrated.
