Gavin has 25 years’ experience in Capital markets working for Citi, DB and HSBC. He managed their Electronic Trading divisions, growing revenues and clients whilst implementing new trading technologies in Asia and Europe. His final 5 years at HSBC were as Global COO of the Cash Equity business overseeing the P&L growth of 8% year on year.He is now CEO of The Broker Club, a membership of regulated Broking, Investment and Digital Assets firms in Capital Markets.
