Innovations included a deployment tool for distributing SSRS Reports to clients, and a visual tool for performing cherry pick merging to create customised customer release builds. Both of these tools were written with C#.After mastering the code base I started performing customer requirements elicitation, and authoring of requirements specification and technical specification documents.I later moved to a Team Leader role which involved managing a team of five. Responsibilities included personnel management, job management, and training & development of programmers. During this time, I was also involved in implementing a continuous integration system. The automated build solution was instrumental in the success of a number of high pressure implementations.
