It was also my responsibility to assign crossings for design and work with the design team to ensure all standards are met and any new potential benefits can be introduced as advances in products become available.Upon completion of each project I performed project closeout documentation and coordinated with State, City and Railroad entities to accept the work.Using my development background I also designed and developed some efficiency tools for all project managers to use in their running of projects helping to bring projects in on time and under budget.
