I am an IT Business Integrations Support Analyst at Kwik Trip Inc. My role supports the company’s marketing efforts where I help troubleshoot, improve, and coordinate changes and updates to company mobile applications, websites, loyalty software products, databases, and servers while simultaneously streamlining the customer loyalty system experience.I graduated in May of 2023 from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse with a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Military Science.I have been serving in the United States Army Reserve for over 7 years, initially enlisting as an Information Technology Specialist. After obtaining my degree, I commissioned as an Ordnance Officer and hold the current role of Platoon Leader. This position has me leading over 30 Soldiers in a critically important unit that provides ammunition support to our combat forces. I plan and execute training, disseminate tasks, and make impactful decisions to support my platoon in their daily operations.I am constantly seeking new ways to develop my skills to further my career and to be an important asset to both my current and future employers.
