As a CSR, I am responsible for providing billing and enrollment information for Humana One health insurance customers. Utilizing multiple databases and facilitating company branding, a large part of my focus is ensuring that each customer leaves with a full understanding of their billing inquiry and/or Humana One policies.

As the owner and creative mind behind SP, I manage the day to day operations of the business from marketing, fulfillment, media outreach, business development and finance. Since Feb. of 2009, I have been able to establish the brand through:•Social Media Marketing: Myspace-10,000 + friends, Facebook-2,000 friends, Twitter-800 followers.• Media outreach resulting in published interviews which we're featured in Hails and Horns Magazine, Eyesore online magazine and Old School online magazine.• Artist endorsement with 4 nationally signed bands on Eulogy, Babygrande and Visible Noise records.•Blog networking: Cross promotion with record labels and competitor clothing lines.

Source Interlink afforded me the experience of overseeing the circulation of 400+ national/regional publications. I was largely responsible for managing title efficiencies and investigating new market opportunities. Some of the many skills I sharpened were:•Time Management- Through balancing retail promotions, title efficiencies, new title launches and company sales goals, I was able to adhere to strict, time sensitive deadlines which increased productivity. •Business Development- Through studying the industries trends I was able to forecast the right market for new titles and tailor a creative, honest solicitation to retail chains.Efficient Communication- Balancing 100 emails a day, phone calls and presentations to publisher/ retail chains, I was able to craft my communication skills which resulted in increased productivity and compliments from numerous publishers.

As the Co-Owner of AP, my focus was on the booking and promotion of events. Some of my many roles were managing booking contracts, scouting upcoming tours and venues, coordinating staff, and brainstorming new ways to increase attendance (via Social Media and Guerrilla Marketing). As a result of years of hard work, I was able to build the foundations of a music scene, establish 5 music venues and increase show attendance by 60%.
