About Gavin Davidson

After a fast tracked rise to management early in my career, I then capitalised on opportunities to work across different industries in management roles, each time gaining valuable experience and insight. In December 2013 I finalised a senior management role and long term commitment with QR / QR National / Aurizon. My senior management and executive roles expanded my experience and subject matter expertise to include : Business Solutions & Business Systems, Project Management, ICT, Operations & Logistics, Rail, Supply Chain Solutions - IT/OT integration, including varied projects and business initiatives - Tactical (BAU <5 years), Business Development (5-10 years), Strategic (10+years). This included management positions during the periods of separation, IPO and Aurizon's successful contract re-negotiations as well as consulting/contract work with different tiers of government and utilities.After working alongside many talented and professional consultants during my career from firms such as McKinsey, Deloitte, KPMG, Booz, Gartner, IBM, SAP, ATI, Acache, Ajilon, FourPL, I now use this knowledge and expertise to advise, support and assist others to solve their problems and achieve successful outcomes.
