Most recent role was as Director of Global Development for Investment Optimisation and Standards (IO&S) Equipment with McDonald’s Corporation. In this role, I led a team of up to 6 regional/country SMEs and managers in Asia and globally. As SME for Asia Pacific, I have supported the supply, service and development of cost-effective equipment needs in the markets, led and developed equipment Investment Model Optimisation opportunities and initiatives, and he consulted and supported the Global Strategic Sourcing Services team with market plans and activities.Also partnered with Wholly Owned, Joint Venture and Development Licensees to implement equipment initiatives and solutions, participated in major project initiatives, lead segments and market initiatives, and identified customers’ needs.l also held a Director role with McDonald’s Corporation for APMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa) Equipment, where he partnered with APMEA Management and Operations to define critical equipment strategies and deployment plans, to support operational priorities.In these roles with McDonald’s Corporation, I drove a number of key achievements, including leading the opening of new McDonald’s outlets in new markets, such as Fiji, Tahiti, New Caledonia and Vietnam.
