Senior Delivery Manager
CurrentLab49 is a specialist consultancy that designs and develops technology solutions with financial market participants.My main duties and responsibilities include:• Delivery management and consultancy of (agile) software development projects and programs in the US financial markets• Coordinating teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and QA engineers on a daily basis from the US, UK, EU and India;• People management and professional development of my direct reports;• Acting as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner whenever needed;• Maintaining strong account and client relationships with US and UK-based clients on all levels;• Facilitating clear and effective internal and external project communications and reporting;• Leading the end-to-end process of project pricing and contracting, including client-side arrangements and negotiation;• Resource management for the assigned projects/programs, including participation in the hiring process, to ensure the project is adequately staffed with the right talent;• Actively participating in backlog creation, story refinement, and sprint planning;• Cooperating closely with team members throughout the project phases to keep everyone aligned and working towards the project's goals;• Monitoring project progress from all angles to ensure successful project completion.
