Responsible for establishing the foothold of an upstart homebuilding company in the Davis County area. Direct responsibilities include:-Working with prospective clients in the design and pricing of custom homes-Establishing and managing budgets for all homes constructed, spec and custom-Direct oversight of all onsite construction activities-Delivery of.

Managed the team members of the Preconstruction and Construction departments. Established and assisted in the process to see transactions from initial contact through construction and the warranty period. Teams involved were responsible for the design, construction and delivery of up to 90 single family residences annually.

Responsibilities included the oversight of the following departments: Estimating/Purchasing, Construction, Customer Service. The departments supervised were responsible for the delivery of 300 units annually, comprised of single-family detached and multi-family attached townhomes and condominiums.

During tenure was employed as Superintendent, General Superintendent and Director of Operations. Oversaw a construction team of 12 individuals responsible for the delivery of 200 homes annually.
