Reporting to the Design & Engineering General Manager, I am responsible of defining and executing the overall strategy related to the Materials and Horizontals (including cloud, HPC and AI/ML) product lines. Main responsibilities:1. Develop Strategic Initiatives: The role involves developing strategic initiatives for multiple areas within the organization, likely related to business growth, product development, or operational efficiency.2. Go-to-Market and Business Execution: Oversee end-to-end business execution for each product line, including developing and executing GTM strategies for new products or enhancements. 3. Customer engagement: Engage with customers to identify opportunities to deliver value, and build relationships to better understand how to serve our customers.4. Leadership and Direction: Providing leadership and high-level direction to teams, overseeing employee populations across various lines of business. 5. Cultural Leadership: Creating a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect for team members. 6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Influencing peer leaders and senior stakeholders across business, and technology teams. 7. Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the primary interface with senior leaders, stakeholders, and executives, driving consensus across competing objectives. 8. Product Management Collaboration: Partnering with product and data owner teams to manage the product backlog.
