 Identifying details and overall status essential for keeping projects under control at all times and furnishing the Management periodically with progress report. Timely resolution of technical field issues and proper arrangement of all technical information including maintenance of record drawings/sketches. Participates in the planning and formulation of design alternatives and solution for construction projects, provides feasibility studies and conceptual/cost estimates. Preparation of tenders forecast for the project’s completion. Implementing Engineering systems, documentation and controls by compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company and industry standards. Delegation of responsibilities to site supervisors, technicians, and foremen, giving them clear and consistent directives so that they know exactly which role each has to play to achieve targets. Schedule and track keeping of all activities of the project by ensuring strict compliance to the prepared program of work so as to have a profitable project. Monitoring and checking of project progress through the use of adequate cost control tool (i.e budgetary control). Proper site documentation, report writing, proper analysis of quantities of work done, claim management and meeting with clients. Monthly preparation of certificate/invoice of workdone including the back-ups.
