My goal is to challenge individuals to simplify their routines, make room for what matters, and consciously care for their personal and professional lives.I hold a degree in Communication with a specialization in Cinema and Digital Media. Early in my career, I worked in film production, gaining experience in direction, management, and project development for short and feature films, television, and advertising. As a producer, I developed extensive expertise in project and team organization, as well as a deep understanding of the digital media landscape.At GB Produção & Organização, I offer group training and mentoring for companies using my own method, the HCO Method (Human-Centered Organizing). This method prioritizes inclusion, encouraging individuals to exercise their independence and autonomy while focusing on health, rest, resource optimization, and conscious use of technology.In 2018, I published my first book, Conexão Essencial, which explores how to use technology with a greater sense of purpose through digital organization.
