Over the past decade, I have shared the benefits of organization with thousands of people through courses, mentorships, consultations, lectures, events, and corporate training. My goal is to challenge individuals to simplify their routines, make room for what matters, and consciously care for their personal and professional lives.I hold a degree in Communication with a specialization in Cinema and Digital Media. Early in my career, I worked in film production, gaining experience in direction, management, and project development for short and feature films, television, and advertising. As a producer, I developed extensive expertise in project and team organization, as well as a deep understanding of the digital media landscape.At GB Produção & Organização, I offer group training and mentoring for companies using my own method, the HCO Method (Human-Centered Organizing). This method prioritizes inclusion, encouraging individuals to exercise their independence and autonomy while focusing on health, rest, resource optimization, and conscious use of technology.In 2018, I published my first book, Conexão Essencial, which explores how to use technology with a greater sense of purpose through digital organization. It draws from my experiences living in Palo Alto, the heart of Silicon Valley, in recent years.
