1) Led Electric Vehicle Powertrain Project. Demonstrated Prototype version of Vehicle.2) Assisted product managers and directors in finalising vehicle platform to be build as part of JV 3) Headed ICE Powertrains with Automatic Transmission Development for 5 vehicles.4) Implemented commodity localisation from Tier 1 to Tier 2 countries (VA VE) to achieve annual savings of 2 Mn/ yr.

Worked on Conventional, Hybrid & Electric Power-train, Cooling Module Development, Sourcing and Tooling for different Ford vehicles including B- segment Car & Light Duty Vans and Trucks.

Led team on high visibility New Product Introduction programs for 4 years.Responsibilities included increasing uptime for increased asset utilization of Locomotives & Mining TrucksDesigned and implemented robust air induction system for mining trucks for which team was selected for Caterpillar Chairman Award.Worked in core technical team to select between different technology choices to meet Tier 4 Final with net zero impact on ROI for new Products across Oil Drilling, Shipping, Mining, Genset & Locomotive segments.

I was responsible to selection, optimization, validation and production release of turbochargers to meet On-highway and Off-highway emissions i.e. EPA'10 and Tier 4 final emissions. In my role I was involved in following activities:1) Lead Selection of a Turbocharger for various Diesel Engine applications. 2) Create and complete Failure Mode Effect and Analysis (FMEA) driven activities.3) Maintain, Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R) through a sequence of testing for 4) Create Technical Profile to outline application limits for various turbocharger launches.5) Engage with customer team to identify tardeoffs and opportunities to improve design.6) Communicate design plan solutions to internal and external customers.
