•Designed and project managed over 40 store development projects including new construction, expansions, and remodels. Primarily designed outlet and warehouse stores and was lead designer for a new 30,000 sqft superstore concept.• Tracked multiple project schedules internally and with outside vendors• Reviewed construction documents for accuracy with the approved design• Produced 3D models and renderings for internal review and approval• Project lead on the design and development of a brand new superstore concept at Ontario Mills. Worked with other departments to coordinate everything from new graphics and merchandising to signage and custom fixtures. The end result was a fresh and exciting new take on a Skechers store.• Perform all functions store design and construction document preparation in AutoCAD for Concept, Outlet and Warehouse store development.• Coordinated the approval process with Landlords and government agencies to achieve all approvals preparatory to performing store construction.• Coordinated and oversee the ordering and selection of signage, fixtures, furniture and equipment as it relates to store development.• Collaborated with team in the design/development of new fixtures and specified materials for use in store• Liased with the construction team and contractors to resolve design issues during construction administration

Worked in tandem with senior architects as well as independently on multiple commercial projects. Performed surveys and site visits to confirm accurate measurements and construction quality. Developed detail library based on an engineer’s, or architect’s sketches. Project types included: day care centers, community centers, churches, office buildings, warehouses, and schools. Performed code and zoning research for commercial projects. Developed and designed 3D models for internal and client use. Digitized sheet sets that were previously available as hand-drafted drawings

Duties include setting and cleaning up the hall for events; preparing, cooking, and serving food; bartending; assisting with tastings; and talking to potential clients and answering questions at bridal shows and the open house.Frequently interact with clients and their guests. Requires on-the-spot thinking and being able to handle any issues that may arise efficiently.Other responsibilities consist of organizing groups of people and delegating tasks, setting up and decorating tables for displaying food and favors, and helping to maintain the company’s social media presence.

Duties included collaborating with their lead designer, engineer, and executive director on drawing up the plans for literacy centers and schools in Mali. Drafted the final plans and elevations in CAD formats.
