Following Silicon Valley tradition, Ramiro Torres founded TOPA in his home garage in 2007. He quickly found a calling with local Latino markets and then expanded with opportunities for faith and civic organizations and community and education spaces. Now TOPA Architecture is known for its broad experience across the workplace, civic, and private education sectors.
