- Managed Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy filings received from clients and outside attorneys filed in bankruptcy districts across the United States, including all three districts in North Carolina- Evaluated information from bankruptcy filings such as borrower information and property address in order to determine whether to stop foreclosure proceedings- Analyzed bankruptcy petitions in order to establish if the property in foreclosure was included to ensure accurate processing and documentation
