The Outdoor Manager is accountable for providing overall leadership and direction for the design, development, and oversight of all outdoor programs. Responsible for developing and implementing year-round programs at camp, including management of a robust day and resident summer camp experience for girls, and for ensuring that outdoor experiences and resources are available to Girl Scout membership. Evaluates outdoor education programs on an ongoing basis to ensure the needs and interests of girls ages 5-17 are carried out within appropriate organizational, regulatory and ACA guidelines.

Camp Director- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, supporting, and retaining staff for Camp Winacka, resident camp. Responsible for recruiting campers, marketing camp to Girl Scout Membership and general public, designing and implementing exciting, relevant, engaging summer camp programs for girls age 7-17. Also responsible for development, implementation, and volunteer management for a variety of other Girl Scout Programs, notably 2011 Teen Cookie Kick Off, regional "Cluster" program, Girl Scout Hiking and Backpacking series, staff-led and volunteer-led weekend camping programs, and sleepover programs.
