As Chief Services Officer at Grants Plus, she leads a team of grants consultants who succeed in identifying, pursuing, and winning grants on behalf of clients. Prior to joining Grants Plus, Gail managed proposal development for United Way of Greater Cleveland and Cleveland Clinic, and she gained extensive arts management experience working with two Cleveland-area orchestras. A native New Englander, Gail holds a Bachelor of Music from the Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford and a Master of Arts from New York University.
