Purchased this company and learned all facets of the direct mail production industry. We had relationships with several large retail operations in the Chicagoland area and I helped to secure relationships with several large financial institutions to produce their direct mail to various customer groups. In addition to managing all financial aspects of the company, I was involved with the management of the warehouse and our production staff that got up to 100 people during my tenure. Sold the business after achieving over a 300% increase in EBITDA.
