This is primarily a title change with a similar work scope as my previous title.- Responsible for multiple IT functions concurrently including IAM/IGA, ITSM, Service Desk, Capacity Management, and Disaster Recovery.- Led this multidisciplinary and international team, fostering their growth, and aligning their efforts with the company's goals, while optimizing service delivery and customer support.- Established and maintained effective relationships with business leaders, internal and external partners, vendors, and service providers.- Established a global enterprise IAM/IGA program to manage identities, application entitlements, authentication, and privileged access. Scope included B2E, B2B, and B2C. Tools used include SailPoint IIQ/CAM/FAM, Okta, and CyberArk.- Established the ITSM team centered around ServiceNow. Team was comprised of administrators and developers.- Managed a global Service Desk team providing Tier 0 and Tier 1 support globally.- Established the Capacity Management team to aggregate capacity data across all infrastructure endpoints in the enterprise. This team worked closely with engineers to build, maintain, and review capacity plans and reports.- Reestablished the enterprise Disaster Recovery program. This team established a DR Working Group comprised of all IT stakeholders, and facilitated the creation, maintenance, and test execution of all DR plans.
