Reporting to the UK GE Capital CEO with a remit to safely and profitably grow the UK EF business. Delivered double digit new business volume and portfolio growth in 2014. Post GE April 2015 announcement, where GE announced it would exit its financial services businesses globally, my remit was to execute on this strategy. I led my management team to work on designing a complete new organisation design to reducing headcount from 140 people to less than 70 over a nine month period. I was able to execute this wholesale organisational change by bringing the organisation with me on what we were trying to do, setting clear objectives and treating people people fairly. I successfully and safely restructured the business before exiting at the end of 2016.

Recruited to help re-build the European captive leasing business which when exited, in 2001, had a $9 billion worldwide portfolio. Tasked to transition leasing from a back-office function to an order winning business with market based capabilities and product offerings.

Developed market entry strategies for the Italian and Spanish markets as well as delivering recommendations on strengthening current European operations.

Tasked to increase the international footprint of Global Mail. Developed strategic plan on how to adapt a German B2B outsourcing service to the British and French markets.

Took full commercial and strategic lead in changing the product focus. Overhauled sales structure, procedures, departments and culture to reflect the new organisational objectives and market realities.

Developed European VAR and VAD customer base.Analysed customer "needs" and built strong relationships with channel partners resulting in a 20% business growth and zero partner loss.
