My specialization lies in construction documentation and project management, developed through hands-on coordination with project designers, managers, and principals. I’ve overseen the management of 5-10 floor plan types from the schematic phase through to construction documents and building department submittals. This experience has honed my skills in resolving technical issues, ensuring code compliance, and drafting precise construction documents, particularly using AutoCAD Architecture.This combination of practical project management and meticulous documentation has allowed me to effectively contribute to high-quality architectural projects, ensuring smooth transitions from concept to construction.In my spare time, I am actively preparing for my architecture licensing exams, while also gaining valuable hands-on experience by working alongside licensed general contractors.
