Retail Service District Manager San Francisco • Directed a field staff of 27 permanent merchandising reps, 3 area rep supervisors, 6 account coordinators, and an average fluctuating group of 20-30 on call associate seasonal merchandisers. The district included Northern California, Oregon, Washington and Alaska, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Colorado and Wyoming. • Implemented merchandising displays and special projects for big box accounts. Developed and encouraged creative methods to enhance sell through of product at retail such as out of box displays and impactful incremental displays.• Interfaced extensively with account management for maximum partnerships. Developed key partnerships with Toys R Us inventory control and district management in particular. Facilitated flow of key items from warehouse and initiated order suggestions for maximum product exposure at store level.• Created tools and programs to enhance the district’s productivity such as training materials for increased product knowledge and contests to enhance performance.
