I provided telephone, email and remote technical support for Vignette IDM document management and Open Text BPM workflow products.Additional duties included reproduction of problems, creation of development discussions & customer/internal knowledge base articles. Occasional on-site work at customer premises was also necessary for new installations, configuration, testing and troubleshooting.I have also rewritten the IDM System Administration training material and have successfully delivered a number of these training courses to customers new to IDM.
