Tetra Tech Rooney is a consulting engineering firm offering engineering support to the oil and gas industry. We specialize in hydrocarbon transportation via pipeline and have been designing pipelines and facilities for over 35 years. Crude oil, condensate and natural gas are all moving through our designed projects. The leadership of Rooney has been associated with our organization for the majority of that time, providing consistent guidance and work quality. The majority of our work has been from repeat clients or referrals, testifying to the high quality of work provided as well as the professional standards displayed in our client interactions. Generous Harvest is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit corporation established to provide agricultural therapy to returning veterans suffering from physical or emotional injuries. Greenhouses containing aquaponics growing systems are used to train our veterans in a new skill and are placed in their backyard. Various VA studies have validated that agricultural therapy is an effective way to help the injured men and women re-enter the society they left to protect our country in conflicts around the world.

MRC is the largest distributor of pipe, valves and fittings to the oil and gas industry in the country. My role is to maintain existing midstream customers in the Rocky Mountain Region, identify potential new customers and increase sales by generating opportunities to quote material inquiries from these companies.

Enserca is a consulting engineering firm which provides engineering and design services for the development of oil and gas pipelines and facilities including gas treatment plants, compressor stations, metering and pump stations and trans-loading facilities for oil and natural gas liquids. Additional services provided include project management, procurement, right of way acquisition, permitting, survey services and construction oversight.My responsibilities include establishing industry recognition of Enserca and developing a client base and positive relationships which result in new project opportunities. I have been successful in establishing our presence in the Midcontinent/Oklahoma area and increasing brand recognition in the Rocky Mountain/Colorado area. I have initiated successful relationships with many leading operators in the industry. Our projects include work in the upstream, midstream and downstream portions of the industry.During my tenure we have experienced project volume increases requiring personnel growth of over 250%. I have developed extensive knowledge of gas prosessing plants and pipelinesI am currently a board member of the Rocky Mountain Gas Processors Association and active in the Tulsa Pipe Liners Club.

Responsible for generating competitive bids for engineering projects. Obtained budgetary quotes, selected suppliers and issued purchase orders.Worked closely with suppliers to develop successful relationships which resulted in successful projects

Developed the structure of this organization while awaiting funding. Developed mission statement, strategic planning, personnel needs, areas of the world to be engaged as well as methodology to accomplish this.

Managed and lead a team of six customer service specialists who manned the phones for 90 per week. Trained them in improved skills and efficiency that allowed our department to handle a call volume increase of 60% without increasing personnel which equates to $5MM in revenue.

Initiated and developed a gourmet cookie company. Handled all aspects of organization. Produced 20 varieties of cookies for wholesale and retail customers. Retail sales were based around cookie baskets which were available locally as well as nationally via internet sales.

Responsible for the development, remodel and maintenance of over 60 locations in the Northern Colorado area. While working with architects,contractors and governmental entities, developed new locations from the slab up. This included floor planning, signage, furnishings and equipment. Personally oversaw installation of IT and phone systems.Developed long term positive relationships with vendors who supplied materials and equipment needed for this tenant finish as well as maintenance.Directed the construction of a 25K square foot regional office.

Started and managed a gourmet coffee shop which provided on site produced pastries and lunch items as well as the standard coffee shop drink items. Managed twenty-five employees. Developed a fiercely loyal clientele by offering superior customer service.Operations included two retail locations as well as two coffee carts operated inside the Colorado Convention Center. Business sold in 1998.

Managed a sales force of ten individuals in a six state area. Responsibilities included recruiting, training, establishing sales goals, processing their paperwork. Achieved several national recognitions.Transferred to National Accounts Division where responsibilities included sales to chain drug store headquarters and wholesale distributors. Also responsible for initial contracts with managed care organizations. This position required establishing long term relationships with buyers which resulted in significant sized orders. Largest order was $1MM
