Information and Technology SolutionsLed the implementation of an enterprise wide business document imaging solution for Human Resources, Accounts Payable, and Patient Finance. Led the implementation of the first of its kind centralized clinical document imaging solution called Kofax Indicius.Led the implementation of a 3M dictation, transcription, and coding solution across the hospitals at multiple facilities.Led the implementation of Spectrum Health's first Front End Speech Recognition system for the physicians for multiple specialties and locations.Reimplemented the Medical Staff Office's credentialing system.Led the implementation of a reporting solution for the Quality department.Expanded the deployment of standard HIM applications to the affiliate hospitals.Deployed physician electronic signature for clinical documents.

Information and Technology SolutionsManaged a system wide physiological monitor replacement and new implementation totaling over $11 million.Facilitated a multi-discipline monitoring task force and vendor selection committee. Lead the contract negotiations with our monitoring vendor. Interim Information Technology project lead for the Meijer Heart Center. Led the implementation of a operating room connectivity solution for the Meijer Heart Center.
