A dedicated and passionate teacher on all things food. Every role I had to date has related to building my knowledge and experience around all things food - from my early days learning at University through to working for large companies such as EAT to then owning many businesses and franchises. I am versatile and adaptable and love educating people around how to not only cook the food but the nutritional benefits, the food science and food safety. I believe cooking is a very important life skill and love to help others learn to cook. Over the years, I have also gained numerous further qualifications including;- Intermediary level in food safety- foundation training in nutrition, healthier foods and special dietsIn addition to, safeguarding training, emergency first aid and more recently infection prevention and control training relating to Covid 19.
