CurrentBeing fascinated by people throughout my entire career and also by the transformational power of conversations, I have had the pleasure of working with countless executives, senior managers and professionals, and their teams on four continents, across many industries in the four languages I speak. Integrating insights from linguistics, somatics, neuroscience, and quantum physics my clients get engaged in deep conversations, aimed at realising real transformation. My clients characterize me as being very present, very results orientated, having extremely high integrity and being an expert in my work. As guitar player in a bigband I do know a bit about what pulling the strings really means and as a composer I’m on a learning journey creating new harmonic textures in orchestral works.I have been an Executive Coach and facilitator for over 20 years and, after having been trained as an ontological coach, I specialise in transformational presence, an approach to helping people becoming fully present to what is, in order to show up as the best version of themselves in any given situation.
