• Partner with account managers and project managers to determine staffing needs• Source and attract top talents and handle special projects• Administer appropriate assessments and background checks to candidates, and make recommendations and endorsements to internal and external partners• Keep others apprised of and involved in work by communicating information and status to account managers, project managers, and team members• Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external partners and clients to ensure achievement of work goals• Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches• Grow professionally by actively staying up-to-date in areas of expertise

Duties:- Create and publish job posts via job platforms- Coordinate with internal teams to develop and distribute recruitment campaigns- Provide local or remote recruitment-sourcing support to recruitment partners- On-board, calibrate and on-board recruitment partners on Kalibrr on PPH process/SOPs- Assist in increasing talent pipelines by using multiple channels, databases, and other sources- Pre-screen resumes and profiles and provide recruitment partners a list of shortlisted candidates

- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements- Review a high volume of applications on a daily basis to determine the validity- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.- Ensure maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process in our applicant’s tracker.- Initiate participation in different job fairs
