Youth Programme Manager
I oversee and support the Girlguiding youth programme, including Programme Renewal and Peer Education projects. Responsibilities include managing project managers, oversight and strategic input into planning and delivery, stakeholder management and championing girl-led approaches to consultation and development. I have recently managed the renewal of the Girlguiding programme in entirety; a huge process that is all to ensure that Girlguiding is leading the way by providing every girl with a programme offer that both inspires and challenges them.
