I offer private coaching for individuals - in 2020 this has moved to be exclusively virtual, via telephone or online video call, which has the benefit of allowing individuals to engage from a safe space of their choosing. I offer one-off sessions to address a concrete aim, or a series of regular weekly / fortnightly / monthly sessions for wider exploration of personal goals. I am available for in-person or online facilitation / Training for teams or cohorts of individuals to address certain questions, and / or to develop together as a group. Recent clients for facilitation / Training work include: Tonic Theatre, the Lowry, the National Theatre, Home Slough and ACE.

Management and administration of Step Change, a programme established to support the professional development of talented individuals in the early-mid stages of their career in the arts. Step Change provides coaching, mentoring and training from industry professionals and requires participants to undertake a secondment to experience a different role, discipline or scale of organisation. Most recent achievements in this role have involved brokering new relationships between National Theatre and three regional partner organisations and developing an internal mentoring / coaching programme for NT staff. The role also involves brokering relationships between participants and potential host organisations for secondments, plus potential mentors; programming and facilitating a series of training and networking session; ongoing pastoral support and coaching for participants, through regular review meetings.

I programmed and managed the Education and Community programme working closely with opera director Karen Gillingham. During my time in post we comissioned librettist Richard Stilgoe and composer Orlando Gough to write a community opera for all of the groups involved in our work. The resulting opera 'Road Rage' was performed at Garsington Opera's state of the art opera house at Wormsley in July 2013, with almost 200 members of the local community (ages 5 - 85!) performing alongside four professional singers and Southbank Sinfonia.

Worked in an advisory and enabling capacity, responsible for facilitating individualised creative programmes in four schools. Included relationship building, partnership management, programme development and delivery, brokering contractual arrangements with arts practitioners, enabling professional development and encouraging a reflective practice.

Project administration, coordination and delivery for a wide range of Education projects with children, young people and adults, both within and beyond the Royal Opera House.

Led all extra-curricula drama activities, provided drama support for English lessons, assisted in GCSE Expressive Arts and GCSE Music lessons, directed school shows, co-led Assertiveness training courses with school counsellor, led interview skills for sixth formers.
