About Gemma Broadbent

I have been working with volunteers in deprived areas since 2007, developed a volunteer programme to help them with progression routes that are also essential for monitoring, I have also helped with the SMILE programme a very popular training course for the unemployed which I also lead some basic training sessions. I have my IAG level 3, teamleading level 2, and done a community organizers course. I have good interpersonal skills, am enthusiastic and optimistic when able to motivate people and building confidence. I am able to get most volunteers to progress in some way or another.
