I have been a leader/manager within adult social care setting for several years working in co-production with service users with a range of complex presentations and needs. I have gained Level 5 in Health and Social Care and qualifications and experience in providing training. I have been part of management teams inspected by CQC and have been part of a teams achieving outstanding and good ratings.
