The Crown Estates - Feering, Essex (Community Led Outline Masterplan) - 835 homes and employment use. East Hemel (Strategic Land Feasibility) - 4,000+ homes. Battersea Power Station Development Company - Battersea Power Station Conversion (Detailed Planning Application) – 250 homes, commercial, retail and leisure use. Phases 4 - 7 (Masterplan Review and Feasibility) – residential and commercial use Grosvenor - Biscuit Factory (Viability Assessment) – 1,000 build to rent homes, school, commercial and a new park.
