I lead Vialto Partners Global Mobility team in Scotland and I am extremely proud of my team and the services that we provide to our clients across Scotland. I am passionate about working in partnership with clients to help them effectively manage the opportunities and risks that come with having an internationally mobile workforce.I am a UK chartered tax advisor with over 22 years’ experience of expatriate taxation and a proven track record of securing successful outcomes for my clients.My specialist knowledge includes advice concerning International tax, social security and payroll advice as well as international share scheme and pensions advice. Projects that I have been involved in include; supporting a client with the set-up of a global employment company, leading a complex share scheme disclosure to HMRC, leading an employment tax due diligence for mobile workers across 17 African countries, designing and embedding a temporary International remote working policy for a client as well as supporting the set up of a new business traveller programme.From an industry perspective I work closely with clients from the energy sector, higher education and financial services. In particular I am Deputy Lead of Vialto Partners UK's National Higher Education Global Mobility team and Global Energy network.In my spare time I love to ski, travel and to hit the gym. My friends would also say that I am a bit of a "foodie" and love to try new restaurants both in Edinburgh and when on my travels.
