Overseeing the Finance and Admin functions for a privately owned group of homes specialising in Neurological Care. With a team of 3 reporting directly to me across Finance, HR and Clinical Admin.Responsible for:-Cash Management & Forecasting-End to end payroll preparation & processing (120 staff)-Overseeing Sales/Purchase ledger function - including posting of transactions and payment runs.-Accruals/Prepayments/Journals-Reconciliation & Period end closure-HR Oversight-Project Management & Implementation - Currently implementing a new HR/Clocking System taking away manual documents & errors.-Introducing and monitoring KPI's-Implementing processes and continuous improvement -Liaising with contractors, external accountants, HMRC and other relevant parties
