Strategic ownership of the global Enterprise marketing plan. Consulted Commercial Revenue Officer and LT to develop Acquire, Retain and Growth plans. Tailored plans regionally, for both direct and indirect routes to market, and varying size of partners. Collaborated with wider CMO and portfolio teams on the production of localised, sales ready content, moving messaging from product technology to market challenges.

Primary responsibility for the client relationship, sales, revenue and profit targets across EMEA for two of the Group’s three largest accounts, IBM and Oracle. As part of the Panovus Group, I represent Slipstream and it’s sister agencies within my clients, designing and delivering marketing campaigns for sales and partner routes to market. Role includes the management of a team of Account Managers and Delivery (Project) Managers.

Initially responsible for the recruitment of permanent marketing professionals (from Assistant to Director level) into the IT Software market. At the beginning of 2009, I was given the responsibility of the entire IT & Telco industry to manage when my team was dissolved due to economic conditions.

Reference Sites was a niche B2B marketing agency developing strategic Customer Data Management and Customer Reference Programmes for clients within the IT & Telco industry. Clients included Hewlett Packard, Vodafone and COLT Telecommunications. Reported directly to the Managing Director.
