I am currently working on my 6th Jewellery campaign for contemporary jewellery brand Ejing Zhang. As an integral part of a small team my job roles are very broad. Responsible for managing a team of chefs and bar staff in the running of a busy central London pub. This role had a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service. As the premises Licence holder I had the additional responsibilities of cashing up at the start and end of day, making sure we adhere to all alcohol licensing laws and resolving any issues of conflicts that may arise.
