We also love to run Design Sprints to help companies solve big challenges and prototype ideas in a very short amount of time. I am a qualified Design Sprint Facilitator through AJ&Smart, along with several members of my team.Outside of work, I have completed three degrees with a heavy focus on Psychology, and am a Certified Usability Analyst, qualified through Human Factors International. I also work as an Election Judge for Bexar County Elections when the polls are open. I love spending time with my family, watching movies, playing board games, reading, and kickboxing.I'm a big believer in being the change that I want to see in the world, and I also want to give our next generation every opportunity to help them make a difference. I volunteer as a Team Manager for Destination Imagination, which is a project based, kid-driven program that teaches kids to be innovative problem solvers.
