Payroll Analyst
CurrentReason for leaving: Seeking full payroll exposure role that is remote & permanent in a supportive environment. ● Inputting payroll data for 13 payrolls including Irish & Pensioner payrolls with varying submission dates for 4,300 employees (starters, leavers, extensions, bonuses, advances, one off payments, average holiday pay, salary/hour changes, transfers, loans, deductions) ● Flexible Benefit inputting and queries● Pension enrollment & changes across payroll, HR systems and Nest provider● Responsible for the Leaver Control, ONS, Overtime (Uploads & manual inputting) and running the Weekly payroll (Work Experience and Interns via Timesheets) in conjunction with Bureau team ● Auditing HR and Payroll systems, to ensure data matches and systems are both up to date. Resolving any discrepancies with the HR/Finance Teams through to conclusion ● Gross to Net, National Minimum Wage and Part Time checks● Age Tests and Acting Up/Secondment internal checks● Running Nominals● Assisting in P11D changes● Working closely with HR to obtain corrected or missing information● Producing month end reports for Internal and External requirements ● Providing employees with payslips, P45’s, P60’d and P11D's● Managing the Group’s Inbox and responding to queries (pay, tax, payslip, portal)● Training staff and monitoring work to ensure accuracy● Implementing improved ways of working & producing how to guides
