Assistant technical officer in offender health. I have trained from the beginning and strive to meet my goals. A in the prison service I worked for over 4 years under the managment of the nhs and then care uk. During this time I qualified as a level 2 dispenser then I went on to acheive nvq level 3 pharmacy technician course. Throughout I had to deal with volotile situations and people which I managed sucessfully. I also assisted in the lead of INR monitoring and organised doses and patients throughout the process from start to finish, from blood sampling to getting the correct dose prescribed.I had my own clinic of handing over medication to prisoners and dealing with any queries whilst there, I also councelled the patient where needed also being aware of my capabilities and refering where apropriate.

i was a healthcare assistant for 8 years. putting patients first. delivering quality care, assistance and advice wherever possible. all observations carried out including ECGs, BPs, taking blood samples and doing blood glucose monitoring and fully trained in catheterisations and always ensured i was upto date on all procedures and policies and answered to my team leader.
